Return Window

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition, clean, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened treats, used grooming items, worn accessories, personalized products, and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will send the next steps once your request is reviewed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
